the manga will end this Fall of 2022 according to AnimeNewsNetwork's article from November 22, 2021.

damn near scared the shit out of me i thought there was something new. anyways, back to hoping for season 2

Four years have passed since the debut of Demi-Chan wa Kataritai. Many speculations claim that the sequel will be aired. According to reports, Ryo Ando, anime director, revealed that the team was preparing for the next round. Rumours later claimed that A-1 Pictures was also interested in making the sequel to Demi-Chan wa Kataritai Season 2. However, the official announcement has yet to be made.

November 22, 2021 AnimeNewsNetwork wrote an article stating the following: "The 10th compiled book volume for Petosu's Interviews with Monster Girls (Demi-chan wa Kataritai) manga revealed last Thursday that the manga will end with its 11th volume, which will ship in fall 2022."
